could not find hotel . phone was also. it responding. had to roam around a lot and stayed at another hotel much far .

Most attractive thing is that there is no issue of parking.

There is only 1 Bus available for which a lot of time is being wasted while waiting for the bus. There is no Food facility in the surroundings hence you need to go in car in search of food.

I like the location and property, very neat and clean. Only thing that I don't like is shutter driver and his services he was rude and didn't take us to haram.

Drive and his behaviour

I visit this hotel 2nd time in 1 week.. I stayed there for 2 nights.. This hotel has all the facilities very good.. Hot water available. Induction hot plate available. Tea coffee provided. Bus service to and from haram.. Parking available nearby if not busy

This time room given to me was not clean.. it was sticky when you put your feet to floor so we have to wear slippers in the room.. When we enter the room there is smell also.. Not cleaned properly. There should be fixed timing for buses.. Example every hour and more frequent during prayer times.. Bus driver should be polite in talk and there mobile should be working all the time and not switched off.. If there is fixed time for bus; driver should go and manager should look into it.. Management should take note of it that people book your hotel because of bus service as it is too far from haram and on the mountain which is very very very difficult to walk.. so management should give good bus service.. If there is no transport service nobody will book your hotel.. Management should correct there location of hotel in GPS.. because of wrong location i searched hotel for 1 hour and then at the last i give money to one taxi driver to reach hotel.. It is better to put ELAF AL SALAM hotel in google location to reach the hotel by GPS.

Cooperative staff, clean envoirment.

Transportation problem, only a single coach, not like before, so need to improve. Second issue is availability of net in the room ( wifi only at the desk . Otherwise nice place to stay.

New building

1-No Wifi (only at reception) 2-No water to drink 3-No restaurant/cafe in building 4-No qibla direction marked in rooms 5-No iron for pressing 6-Staff has poor communication skills, no english at all. 7-Most importantly “Shuttle service is poor, limited fixed timings and that too not always on time. If you are traveling as a couple or with family think twice.

Clean and comfortable Room. Lot of tea coffee. With hot plate induction. Bus service excellent to and from haram. All facilities which you need everything available in room. Parking easliy available around hotel if not busy..

Wifi signal not good in the room where i stay.. One bengali working in night lied to me that hot plate is closed as Mudir removed fuse from all rooms; but after insisting he open the hot plate..just switch not working but he lied that fuse removed..

Facilities inside the room, overall every thing is very good. Offering more than money value. Any how overall every thing is very positive and i enjoyed my stays in Aseel plaza hotels. All the major things which we need in a room were available.

The hotel is up at the hill and their shuttle service only leaves 30 minutes before prayer to haram. You have to climb and descend a mountain to get to and from the hotel if you are walking. Transport service to Haram Shareef should be more frequent (currently only during pray times)

Location

Rooms having some bad smell and water is dropping from fire sprinkle Pick and drop bus was just Good and not upto mark. I stay many time before and it was very good,only this time i observe that service was not satisfying

Newly built hotel, with latest facilities and fast lifts. Value for money, quiet low room rents for the provided facilities.

All okay, except the reception did not have exact change of money and insisted is to give exact rent. Transport service to Haram Shareef should be more frequent (currently only during pray times). Hotel is on the hill.

Cleanliness

It was the worst ever shuttle service experience. Hotel location is such that you have to walk around 1.5km to get to main road for taxi. Hotel management support wasn't satisfactory. It's just that you have paid the money, now they don't know you.
